Olivia Scarr understands what it means to start over in a new country—because she’s done it herself. As the founder of Olivia Scarr Immigration and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Olivia brings both lived experience and professional expertise to every case she takes on.
With a background in journalism, international relations, and immigration law, Olivia combines global perspective with in-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration pathways. She holds a Master’s degree in Arts and completed her immigration training through the CILPP program at the University of British Columbia.
Over the years, Olivia has guided hundreds of individuals, families, and students through their journeys to study, work, and settle in Canada. Whether it’s navigating complex applications or overcoming previous refusals, she’s known for her honest advice, strategic thinking, and deep care for each client.
